Kiross® Limited Warranty – B180 Chipper
Kiross warrants the frame and all non-wearable, non-consumable parts against defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. During this period, replacement parts and associated labour are fully covered at an authorised service centre, subject to verification of the defect.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser who acquires the chipper directly from Kiross®. In the event of resale or transfer of ownership, all rights under this warranty terminate immediately.
The owner is responsible for all transportation, delivery, or collection costs of the chipper to and from the authorised service facility. This warranty covers only proven manufacturing defects and does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, accident, neglect, failure to comply with the manufacturer’s recommended service schedule, or any unauthorised modification. Proof of regular maintenance, including service receipts, must be provided in support of any claim. Consumable and wearable items (such as belts, blades, filters, tyres, batteries, oil, and fuel) are excluded from coverage.
The Honda GX690 engine is covered by Honda’s standard manufacturer warranty (typically up to three (3) years).
